Delivery & Sleep Trial

Douglas is delivered to your door by FedEx. Shipping is free for the majority of Canadian addresses, though FedEx may charge an additional for remote locations.

Once the delivery is complete, you have up to 120 nights to decide whether or not to keep your Douglas mattress. Returns are eligible after Night 30. Douglas will arrange for a third-party organization to remove your uncompressed mattress and deliver it to a nearby charity or recycling facility, depending on the region.

Materials

Each Douglas mattress is 10 inches in height and made up of three distinct layers of foam.

Top layer: 2” Cooling Gel Foam

Douglas’ cooling-gel-infused comfort layer helps to regulate heat so you can sleep comfortably any month of the year. This unique foam is made with a 40% less carbon than equivalent high-density memory foam, while proving just as durable.a aTested to ASTM D3574-I3 Procedure C, against 4lb memory foam.

Middle layer: 2” Premium Elastex® Foam

Douglas’ trademarked transition layer mimics the supportive and responsive properties of natural latex foam.

Bottom layer: 6” Motion Isolation Support Foam

Like millions of tiny pocket-coil springs, Douglas’ support foam eliminates motion transfer between sleepers without sacrificing edge support.
